Materials & Craftsmanship

Zard products are the perfect combination of craftsmanship and technology. Made with premium raw materials including AISI 304 stainless steel tubing and sheet, titanium and carbon fiber. TIG / MIG-MAG welds are executed by hand by specialised operators. The black ceramic coating withstands temperatures of over 1000 deg C. Every system is road-tested and dyno-tested before leaving the workshop in Baldichieri d'Asti, Italy.

Homologation

Officine Italiane Zard is officially authorised by the Italian Ministry of Transport to produce motorcycle exhausts with approval valid throughout the European Union (Directive 97/24/EC, EU Regulation 134/2014). Homologated versions are stamped with the approval number and supplied with the corresponding certificate. Removing the dB-killer from a homologated exhaust voids both homologation and warranty.
