Cancellation policy

1. Order Cancellation

• Customers may request order cancellations before the order is processed for shipping.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Pre-Order Cancellations

• Pre-orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• After 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 10% may apply.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

• Approved cancellations will be refunded via the original payment method.
• Refund processing time may take 7-14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

5. Exceptions

• Customized or special-order items cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
• If an item is out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative option.
