The Zard Racing Full Kit for the Yamaha R7 is designed to deliver maximum performance, reduced weight, and a deep, aggressive sound. The 2>1 configuration, developed specifically for this bike, enhances the R7s sporty character, improving throttle response and overall riding dynamics. Entirely handcrafted in Italy, the kit features a structure and sleeve in AISI 304 stainless steel, with an end cap available in stainless steel or carbon fiber. Satin or black ceramic coating finish options. Available only in racing version (with a removable db-killer), it delivers a deep and engaging sound along with a noticeable performance boost over the stock system, improving both performances and riding feel. The Zard kit weighs only 4 kg (8.8 lbs), compared to 8 kg (17.6 lbs) for the OEM exhaust, resulting in a total weight saving of 4 kg (8.8 lbs).
