The 3in1 Full Kit by Zard for the Yamaha XSR900 is entirely handcrafted in Italy, combining high-end craftsmanship and advanced technology. The structure is made of AISI304 stainless steel, with a sleeve in stainless steel and an end cap available in carbon fiber or stainless steel. The finish can be either satin or black. Available in the racing version (equipped with a removable db-killer), it gives the XSR900 a deep and thrilling sound, with noticeable improvements in power delivery and a significant increase in peak power. Installation is plug&play and requires no modifications or remapping. The Zard system weighs just 4.2kg (9.3lbs), compared to 8.5kg (18.7lbs) for the stock system, providing a net weight saving of 4.3kg (9.5lbs), for improved agility and handling through corners. Each Zard exhaust system is made with TIG/MIGMAG welds performed by specialized technicians.
